RESERVATION AND PAYMENT METHODS
The reservation is only made after full payment of a package and transferred at least 1 week before the date of the event. We accept payments via transfer, cash or POS at our store located at Shopping Jardim do Centenário. If you have not paid 1 week before the event, you must pay directly to our store via POS or cash.
The number of packages is limited, so we advise you to make reservations well in advance. The sooner the better to secure the package you want.
How long is the rental?
The rental of the packages is per day and up to 17 hours. Our team assembles the softplays about 1 to 2 hours before the party starts, in places with flat and smooth grass or cement, and preferably a shaded area during the summer to protect the kids from the sun. It can also be mounted indoors according to space, such as ballrooms or lounges. If in doubt, you can share with us the space where you want to assemble the softplays so we can better advise you.
Rules and conditions about usage of material
It is important to respect the stipulated package ages to safeguard the material and to prevent breakage and damage to the material.
Children should play barefoot or in socks preferably. Eating or drinking in the play area or removing parts from the play area where they were mounted is prohibited.
TRANSPORT COSTS
The transportation fee is not included in the rental price and is charged separately depending on the trip. City center ranges from 1200 meticais to 2000 meticais, and outside the city from 2500 meticais to 3900 meticais depending on distance.
